October 25, 2017 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — HIGHLY VISIBILITY ENFORCEMENT TRAFFIC SAFETY <br /> EMPHASIS PATROLS <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the interagency agreement <br /> between the Everett Police Department and the Washington Traffic <br /> Safety Commission to participate in highly visibility enforcement <br /> traffic safety emphasis patrols in support of Target Zero Teams. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ENROLLMENT FORM — CARFAX <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the enrollment form for the <br /> CARFAX For Police Program at no cost to the City. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT— HISTORIC WALKING TOUR OF THE HEWITT DISTRICT <br /> AND DOWNTOWN <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the grant agreement with <br /> Washington State Department of Archeology and Historic <br /> 364 <br />
