October 25, 2017 <br /> Preservation to complete a historic walking tour of the Hewitt District <br /> and Downtown. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — DIKING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 5 <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> professional services agreement with Otak, Inc. for the final design <br /> and permitting of the Diking Improvement District No. 5 Dike Repairs <br /> and extending the completion date to December 31, 2019, for an <br /> additional amount of$182,291. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING — NEW WORLD SYSTEMS <br /> SOFTWARE <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign the memorandum of <br /> understanding for installation and use of New World Systems software <br /> for Northwest Ambulance. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 365 <br />
