(1) CB 1709-51 — 1st Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance levying the general taxes for the City of Everett for fiscal year commencing January 1, 2018, on all taxable property, both real and personal, subject to taxation thereon, for the purpose of raising a portion of the revenue to carry on City operations for the ensuing year, as required by the Charter of the City of Everett and the laws of the Sate of Washington. (3rd and final reading on 11-8-17) (2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Understanding for Planning Coordination and Cooperation between the Puget Sound Regional Council and Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority (Sound Transit); Snohomish County Public Transportation Benefit Area Corporation (Community Transit); City of Everett, Transportation Services and other public transit agencies. (3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with Advanced Utility Systems for a utility billing software upgrade in the amount of $207,950.00, not including Washington State sales tax. PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (4) CB 1709-49 — 2nd Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Construction Fund entitled, "Everett Performing Arts Building Chiller Replacement and Cooling Tower Rebuild Project" Fund 342, Program 024 to accumulate all costs for the construction project.
