Exhibit A <br /> Continued <br /> assistance that may be needed during bid phases of work. As the level of effort for this task cannot <br /> be quantified at this time,we have budgeted 12 hours of staff time that will be used only when and <br /> as directed by the City.This scope assumes that the requests for services during bidding will not <br /> exceed 12 hours of staff time. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Responding to questions during bidding,review of addenda, or other assistance dining bidding <br /> as directed by the City. <br /> 6.2 Geotechnical Services During Bidding (CCI) <br /> CCI will assist Otak with reviewing contractor submittals and requests for information prior to final <br /> bidding. We anticipate one pre-bid site visit to discuss the project with prospective bidders. <br /> PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS <br /> • Design work will begin in September 2017 and be completed by March 2018.The target date for <br /> Bid Advertisement is Spring 2018. <br /> • If utility potholing is needed,it will be done by others.
