December 30, 2015 <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill <br /> No. 1512-52. <br /> Council Member Roberts requested periodic updates from the police <br /> department about how the program is working, as well as feedback from <br /> any future dialogue with the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis <br /> Board. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher expressed concern about the push out of <br /> sales to areas surrounding the alcohol impact areas. She requested that <br /> an annual analysis be provided to Council that reflects how things are <br /> working. <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, stated information would be provided in the <br /> future. <br /> President Bader directed the city clerk to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Murphy, Bader, Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Moore, Gipson <br /> Ordinance No. 3475-15 adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION — PROHIBITED AREAS <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to adopt Resolution No. 6935 establishing Prohibited Areas <br /> related to areas of drug and prostitution activity. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 429 <br />
