December 30, 2015 <br /> AGREEMENT ADDENDUM — INMATE HOUSING <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Inmate Housing <br /> Agreement Addendum with Yakima County Department of <br /> Corrections, extending services for inmate housing in the form <br /> substantially as provided. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT— INMATE HOUSING <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br /> Member Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal <br /> Agreement with South Correctional Entity for inmate housing <br /> services in the form substantially as provided. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — EQUIPMENT FOR EMERGENCY RESPONDERS <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Seattle Police Federal <br /> Grant Equipment Hand Receipt to accept equipment valued at <br /> $18,340.81 from the FFY13 Homeland Security Grant Program <br /> through the City of Seattle. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 430 <br />
