January 27, 2016 <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Franklin provided a report on the first Lodging Tax <br /> Advisory meeting that was held this morning. She stated the committee <br /> would be reviewing grants at their next meeting, which is scheduled for <br /> February 10, 2016, 10:00 a.m. She encouraged the public to attend the <br /> next Everett Housing Forum scheduled for February 1, 2016, 6:30 p.m., at <br /> the Historic Everett Theatre. Council Member Franklin also reported on <br /> her attendance yesterday at the Poverty Immersion workshop hosted by <br /> the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency. <br /> Council Member Tuohy provided a liaison report on her attendance at the <br /> Historical Commission meeting last night. She also noted that the Public <br /> Safety Subcommittee has been postponed and a date will be announced <br /> when confirmed. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no report. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Council Member Bader entered the Council Chambers at 12:37 p.m. <br /> Gail Chism, Everett, spoke about maintenance responsibilities on the <br /> Polygon Riverfront project site. She also spoke about permitting for a safe <br /> house in the Lowell neighborhood. <br /> Dave Davis, Public Works, provided an update on the Riverfront <br /> Development project. <br /> 29 <br />
