These ordinances prohibit court ordered <br /> individuals from entering these areas (Prohibited Areas). These Prohibited Areas are to be updated every <br /> two years by the Council's adoption of a resolution. The last update to Prohibited Areas took effect January <br /> 2014. The proposed resolution describes and establishes SODA and SOAP areas for the time period from <br /> January 2016 through December 2017. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt a Resolution establishing Prohibited Areas related to areas of drug and prostitution activity. <br /> 67 <br />
