i s <br /> 1 ■L Inmate Housing Agreement Addendum <br /> This Agreement Addendum is made and entered into between the CITY OF EVERETT, a municipal <br /> corporation with its principal offices at 2930 Wetmore, Everett, WA 98201 and YAKIMA COUNTY DEPT. <br /> OF CORRECTIONS located at 111 North Front Street,Yakima WA 98901. <br /> In consideration of the mutual benefits and covenants contained herein, the parties agree that <br /> their Inmate Housing Agreement executed on November 25th,2014 shall be amended as follows: <br /> 1. Section 26: Duration of Agreement shall be amended effective January 1, 2016 through December <br /> 31, 2016. This agreement is subject to earlier termination as provided under Section 30 of the <br /> original agreement and may be renewed for successive periods by written addendum under such <br /> terms and conditions as the parties determine. <br /> • <br /> 2.
