The <br /> 2x10s called out on the plans overlap the tops of the vents. The vents <br /> QUESTION/COMMENT: cannot be moved without prodigous drywall and framing work inside the <br /> units. Recommend returning to 2x8 framing for the decks. Please note: this <br /> condition only occurs on about 30 of the decks.
