Talked <br /> to tenants of sfr, they have service, but have raccoon problem. <br /> Referred them to animal control to help with raccoons. Review one <br /> week with r/p if not before. <br /> 12/1/06 spoke to three tenants about garbage situation. They have recycle <br /> COMPLIANCE INSPECTIOt bins, and one can that has a lid, but still have garbage discarded on the <br /> porch and the fridge is still in the rear yard.
