Also the lower unit in the <br /> rear may be illegal and he has agreed to use it for storage and will file <br /> covenant if necessary. <br /> 7/12/07 (DKR) Recd phone call on 7/12/07 from Larry Lehman re: excessive <br /> PHONE CALL garbage on back porch, 5 -6 bags in rear near red car, recycling can <br /> not being picked up due to being full of non-recyclables. Larry's <br /> address is 3810 Hoyt and phone number is 425-259-6796. <br /> 8/15/07 Spoke with tenants of back building. Downstairs unit is studio and rents <br /> COMPLIANCE INSPECTIOI for$375, upstairs unit is 1 bdrm and rents for$475. They were advised <br /> they would recieve the notices that Mr. Akyel recieves so as to keep <br /> them informed of the action. <br /> 8/17/07 Advised Mr. Akyel to contact and schedule a meeting with a planner, <br /> WARNING LETTER discuss and choose an option, prepare a time line to avoid further <br /> enforcement. Review 9/7. <br /> 9/4/07 Phone call from Mr. Akyel requesing meeting. <br /> PHONE CALL <br /> Requested Denise set up meeting with Akyel, SI and myself. <br /> 9/10/07 Met with property owner, GE and SI. In it's current condition property <br /> MEETING requires 5 parking spaces, and building permits to allow inspections of <br /> converted accessory structure. Mr. Akyel will check County Field Book <br /> and other records to try and find out when the upstairs unit was <br /> established. Then he will contact SI or TF to determine course of <br /> action.
