Returned call and left message requesting call back. 2/20/07 comply by 3/23, HE date 3/29. VIOLATION CITATION 2/27/07 Call from Mr. Akyel, he indicated he had someone coming to remove PHONE CALL the fridge, and has new tenants in the house. Also the lower unit in the rear may be illegal and he has agreed to use it for storage and will file covenant if necessary. 7/12/07 (DKR) Recd phone call on 7/12/07 from Larry Lehman re: excessive PHONE CALL garbage on back porch, 5 -6 bags in rear near red car, recycling can not being picked up due to being full of non-recyclables. Larry's address is 3810 Hoyt and phone number is 425-259-6796. 8/15/07 Spoke with tenants of back building. Downstairs unit is studio and rents COMPLIANCE INSPECTIOI for$375, upstairs unit is 1 bdrm and rents for$475. They were advised they would recieve the notices that Mr. Akyel recieves so as to keep them informed of the action. 8/17/07 Advised Mr. Akyel to contact and schedule a meeting with a planner, WARNING LETTER discuss and choose an option, prepare a time line to avoid further enforcement. Review 9/7. 9/4/07 Phone call from Mr. Akyel requesing meeting. PHONE CALL Requested Denise set up meeting with Akyel, SI and myself. 9/10/07 Met with property owner, GE and SI. In it's current condition property MEETING requires 5 parking spaces, and building permits to allow inspections of converted accessory structure. Mr. Akyel will check County Field Book and other records to try and find out when the upstairs unit was established. Then he will contact SI or TF to determine course of action.
