November 15, 2017 <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Moore provided a liaison report from the Public Facilities <br /> District Board meeting. <br /> Council Member Roberts provided a liaison report from the Port Gardner <br /> Neighborhood meeting. He requested that staff investigate illegal dumping <br /> into Forgotten Creek. He stated the General Government Subcommittee will <br /> meet on December 6 to discuss a facility for Public Works. Council Member <br /> Roberts also provided Council with a draft resolution for Envision Everett <br /> 2037. <br /> Council Member Murphy commented on his attendance at the Everett <br /> Essentials graduation ceremony. He also stated the Budget Subcommittee <br /> will meet on November 29 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss overtime spending in the <br /> Fire Department. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Council Member Murphy stated at a previous City Council meeting, he had <br /> requested an update on economic development from staff. <br /> Debra Bryant stated it was in progress, and based on schedules, may be <br /> presented in early January. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session, anticipated to last no <br /> longer than 10 minutes, concerning a legal matter pursuant to RCW <br /> 42.31.110.1(i)(c) with no announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Sean Renfro, Everett, spoke about a medical record and a legal matter. <br /> 394 <br />
