state the expectations for passing a housing inspection and at least 5 strategies for <br /> organizing and cleaning their home. <br /> • Health and Wellness: 75% of participants in health and wellness courses demonstrate an <br /> increase in skills related to health prevention and/or managing chronic health issues. <br /> • Financial Management: 75% of participants in financial literacy courses construct a <br /> monthly budget that they are able to modify as changes occur in their household income <br /> and expenses and/or demonstrate an increase in skills related to Employment Readiness <br /> and/or Career/Wage Progression. <br /> Participant knowledge and skill development is measured using a variety of evaluation tools <br /> designed specifically to the course content. Results from these evaluations are utilized to modify <br /> curriculum for future courses. <br /> General Administration <br /> The Social Services Director, in coordination with the Program Manager, is responsible for full <br /> implementation, fiscal oversight, all reporting requirements of the grant and the daily management of <br /> the College of Hope, including the continued development and implementation of the Program. The <br /> Program Manager is responsible for the development of partnerships, new and/or updated course <br /> offerings, the development and implementation of support services (transportation, meals, children's <br /> program, etc.) and data collection. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for clerical tasks <br /> (media materials, enrollment, data storage, data reports, filing and storage of program materials, <br /> etc.). <br /> The College of Hope Program is further supported by the wider agency's efforts, including the Case <br /> Manager Supervisors (collaborate with College of Hope staff to fully integrate the College of Hope <br /> into the homeless housing program), Tomorrow's Hope Child Development Center(helps provide <br /> transportation, meals and childcare), and Housing Hope's Administrative staff(Finance Department, <br /> Grants Management, Human Resources, etc). <br /> A-2 <br />
