It shall be unlawful for anyone, on or in any premise in the City where <br /> alcoholic beverages are dispensed by the drink to: <br /> a. Carry any rifle, shotgun or pistol, whether said person has a license <br /> or permit to carry said firearm or not, and whether said firearm is <br /> concealed or not; or <br /> b. Carry any dangerous knife or martial arts weapon, whether said <br /> weapon is concealed or not; or <br /> c. Carry any stick, chain, metal pipe, bar, club, or any explosive or any <br /> poison or injurious gas, or any other instrument or weapon apparently <br /> capable of producing bodily harm, whether said instrument or weapon <br /> is concealed or not. <br /> 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a <br /> misdemeanor. In addition, upon conviction, the judge may order that the <br /> firearm be forfeited and disposed of in the same manner set forth in RCW <br /> 9.41.098. <br /> -140- <br />
