— MN w ■M n — — — MN w MI N MI M■■ NM <br /> Section 134: Exceptions <br /> Section 133 shall not apply to or affect the following: <br /> 1. Any lawful act committed by a person while in his fixed place of business, or <br /> any lawful act committed by the owner, manager or an employee on the <br /> premises while in the scope and course of his or her duties. <br /> 2. Any person who by virtue of his office of public employment is vested by <br /> law with a duty to preserve public safety, maintain public order, or to make <br /> arrests for offenses, whether during regular duty hours or not. <br /> 3. Any person making or assisting in making a lawful arrest for the commission <br /> of a felony. <br /> 4. Any area primarily designated for the service of prepared foods and <br /> commonly referred to as a restaurant, whether alcoholic beverages are <br /> served or not. When a restaurant has a cocktail lounge, the prohibitions <br /> contained in Section 133 applies to the cocktail lounge. <br /> 5. The display of antique or prize firearms in locked cases or otherwise placed <br /> beyond the reach of the public. <br /> -141- <br />
