MI MI M EN I MN M 11111 I MI OM MN M MO <br /> Section 135: Warning Signs Required <br /> 1. Signs, informing the public of the prohibitions contained in Section 133, shall <br /> be conspicuously posted at all internal and external entrances to any area <br /> wherein the carrying of said weapons or instruments are prohibited. Said <br /> signs shall be provided by the City to all affected places of business, and <br /> shall bear the following inscription: <br /> "WARNING - WEAPONS PROHIBITED: It shall be unlawful for any <br /> person, other than a commissioned law enforcement officer, to enter <br /> onto this premise while carrying any of the following weapons or <br /> instruments, whether a license or permit to carry said weapon is <br /> possessed or not, and whether said weapon or instrument is concealed <br /> or not: rifle, shotgun, pistol; any knife having a blade more than <br /> three (3) inches in length, or any dirk, dagger, sword, bayonet, bolo <br /> knife, hatchet, straight-edge razor, or razor blade not in a package, <br /> dispenser or shaving appliance; or any martial arts weapon, including <br /> but not limited to nunchaku (chako sticks) and throwing stars; or any <br /> stick, chain, metal pipe, bar, club; or any explosive or any poison or <br /> injurious gas; or any other instrument or weapon apparently capable <br /> of producing bodily harm. Everett City Ordinance No. ." <br /> 2. It shall be a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than one <br /> thousand dollars, for any proprietor of an affected place of business to fail <br /> to post said signs and to keep said signs posted at all times, after having <br /> been provided with signs by the Chief of Police or his designee. <br /> -142- <br />
