Deliverables: <br /> • A load rating report will be prepared for the City that includes: <br /> o The WSDOT Bridge Rating Summary form,with Professional Engineer's stamp and <br /> signature; <br /> o Load rating parameters and assumptions <br /> o A summary table for the girders <br /> o Output from PGSuper program <br /> The following items will be included with the Report for reference: <br /> o Selected as-built plans <br /> o Girder shop drawings <br /> • CD with electronic files, including PGSuper input files. <br /> Schedule: <br /> The load rating report and CD with electronic files will be submitted within 4 weeks following Notice <br /> to Proceed. <br /> Tasks <br /> 1. Collect and review data. Perform load rating using PGSuper program. <br /> 2. Another engineer will check the load rating analysis for Quality Control <br /> 3.
