No <br /> 2 Classified Non-Represented Employee shall be accorded premium pay for <br /> 3 longevity. <br /> 4 B. The City shall provide Classified Non-Represented Employees all <br /> 5 items of non-salary compensation granted to Appointive Officers as specified <br /> 6 in Section 1 hereinabove. <br /> 7 Section 3: CITY COUNCIL: <br /> 8 A. Members of the City Council of the City of Everett who request <br /> 9 coverage under the City's benefit insurance plans shall be granted such <br /> 10 coverage to be comprised of the following: <br /> 11 <br /> 1 . Basic and major medical coverage for the Councilmember and <br /> 12 his/her eligible dependents. <br /> 13 2. A dental plan for the Councilmembers and his/her eligible <br /> dependents. <br /> 14 <br /> 3. A vision care plan for the Councilmember and his/her <br /> 15 eligible dependents. <br /> 16 4. The face amount of life insurance and principal sum of <br /> accidental death and dismemberment insurance for a <br /> 17 Councilmember under age 70 shall be at an amount equal to <br /> two times the Councilmember's basic annual earnings, <br /> 18 rounded to the next higher multiple of $1 ,000 plus $2,000. <br /> The maximum face amount and maximum principal sum shall <br /> 19 each be $150,000. <br /> 20 5. Long term disability insurance shall be 66 2/3% of the <br /> first $3,000 of the Councilmember's pre-disability monthly <br /> 21 earnings subject to policy conditions and limitations. <br /> 22 6. The face amount of life insurance and the principal sum of <br /> accident insurance for a Councilmember age 70 or over shall <br /> 23 each be equal to one-half the applicable amounts determined <br /> above. <br /> 24 <br /> 7. Optional dependent life insurance covered at the <br /> 25 Councilmember's expense. <br /> 26 8. A chiropractic care plan for the Councilmember and his/her <br /> eligible dependents. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Section 4: MAYOR: <br /> 29 The Mayor of the City of Everett shall be granted all items of <br /> 30 non-salary compensation granted to Appointive Officers as specified in <br /> 31 Section 1 hereinabove. <br /> 32 <br /> 4 <br />
