2. Permitted Uses <br /> a. The following uses shall be permitted on this property: <br /> i. Conference Center uses, including ancillary facilities <br /> offering transient lodging accommodations and providing <br /> additional services such as restaurants, meeting rooms <br /> and recreational services associated with the conference <br /> facilities; <br /> ii. Hotels and motels; <br /> iii. Office uses; <br /> i. Trade and business schools; <br /> ii. Business and professional offices, general professional <br /> services, office buildings; <br /> iii. Newspaper offices, publishing, and job printing <br /> establishments; <br /> iv. Manufacture or assembly of electronic instruments and <br /> devices, alliances, radios, and phonographs; <br /> v. Manufacturing, compounding, processing, packaging, or <br /> treatment of such products as bakery goods, candy, <br /> cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, toiletries, and food products; <br /> vi. Manufacturing of musical instruments, toys, novelties, <br /> rubber or metal stamps, or other small molded rubber <br /> products; <br /> vii. Wholesale business and warehouse uses where all <br /> activities, including storage and commercial vehicle <br /> parking take place wholly within buildings, except that <br /> petroleum and live animals or contractor storage are <br /> prohibited; <br /> viii. All other uses not listed above are prohibited. <br /> 3. Open Space Dedication: <br /> The proprietor of the Seaway Center property shall dedicate <br /> Lot #10 of the Seaway Center preliminary binding site plan as <br /> approved by the City to the City of Everett prior to the filing <br /> -2- <br />
