• 1 wished to be heard were heard, and the City Council , sitting and 2 actingas a Board of Equalization for the qu purpose of considering 3 the proposed increased assessment against Parcel No . 4A and the 4 special benefits to be received and all other relevant factors 5 determined to increase that assessment and to correspondingly 6 reduce the assessment against the adjacent Parcel No . 4 on which 7ud judgment also had been reserved at the original gm hearing session. 8 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 9 Section 1 . The originally proposed assessment against 10 Parcel No. 4A of $220 , 725 should be and is increased to 11 $368,849 , and the originally proposed assessment against Parcel 12 No . 4 of $2, 168, 890 should be and is reduced to $2, 020 , 764 . The 13 assessments and assessment roll of Local Improvement District 14 No . 726, which has been created and established for the purpose 15 of making arterial street and utility improvements to 60th 16 Street S .W. and Hardeson Road, as provided by Ordinance No . 17 1324-87, as thus modified shall be and the same are approved and 18 confirmed in all things and respects in the total amount of 19 $8, 801 ,824 , and all other protests against final assessments 20 appearing on such roll are overruled. 21 Section 2 . Each of the lots, tracts , parcels of land and 22 other property shown upon the assessment roll as modified is 23 determined and declared to be specially benefited by this 24 improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and 25 the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to - 3 -
