• <br /> 1 27.3 Nothing contained in this chapter is intended to be nor shall be <br /> 2 construed to create or form the basis for any liability on the part of the <br /> 3 City, or its officers, employees or agents, for any injury or damage <br /> 4 resulting from the failure to comply with the provisions of this ordinance, <br /> 5 or by reason or in consequence of any inspection, notice, order, <br /> 6 certificate, permission or approval authorized or issued or done in <br /> 7 connection with the implementation or enforcement of this ordinance, or by <br /> 8 reason of any action or inaction on the part of the City related in any <br /> 9 manner to the enforcement of this ordinance by its officers, employees or <br /> 10 agents. <br /> 11 Section 28: Effective Date. <br /> 12 This ordinance shall become effective on the 1st day of January, 1990. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 <br /> 15 W LL AM E.
