• <br /> 1 15.2 The licensing authority and/or law enforcement personnel shall <br /> 2 take the following steps in conducting an inspection: <br /> 3 (a) If the place of business or other activity is occupied, the <br /> licensing authority and/or law enforcement personnel shall <br /> 4 first present proper credentials to the licensee, or other <br /> person having control of the place of business or other <br /> 5 activity and demand entry. <br /> 6 (b) If the place of business or other activity is unoccupied, <br /> the licensing authority and/or law enforcement personnel <br /> 7 shall first make reasonable effort to locate the licensee <br /> or other person having control of the place of business or <br /> 8 other activity and demand entry. <br /> 9 <br /> 15.3 No licensee or person having control of the place of business or <br /> 10 <br /> other activity shall fail , after proper demand, to admit the licensing <br /> 11 <br /> authority and/or law enforcement personnel while acting within the scope of <br /> 12 <br /> his employment to any place of business or other activity licensed or <br /> 13 <br /> permitted under this chapter. No person shall interfere with the licensing <br /> 14 <br /> authority and/or law enforcement personnel in the performance of his duty. <br /> 15 <br /> Section 16: Enforcement. <br /> 16 <br /> 16.1 The licensing authority and/or law enforcement personnel is <br /> 17 <br /> authorized and directed to enforce the terms and provisions of all license <br /> 18 <br /> ordinances. If it is determined, through investigation, inspection, or <br /> 19 <br /> other means that any person has failed to comply with any provision of this <br /> 20 <br /> license ordinance, then the licensing authority may issue a notice and order <br /> 21 <br /> under this chapter. <br /> 22 <br /> 16.2 The licensing authority and the law enforcement personnel shall <br /> 23 <br /> have the right to pick up a license when a license has been suspended or <br /> 24 <br /> revoked. <br /> 25 <br /> Section 17: Additional Enforcement. <br /> 26 <br /> Notwithstanding the existence or use of any other remedy, the City may <br /> 27 <br /> seek legal or equitable relief to enjoin any acts or practices which <br /> 28 <br /> constitute a violation of this chapter. <br /> 99 <br /> Section 18: Notice and Order. <br /> :30 <br /> 18.1 When a violation occurs, the licensing authority shall issue a <br /> :31 <br /> notice and order. The notice and order shall contain substantially the <br /> 32 <br /> following information: <br /> 9 <br />
