9 f <br /> Task 200 — Surveying <br /> Objectives <br /> This project will provide surveying and base mapping services for an area at the City of <br /> Everett's Water Pollution Control Facility in the vicinity of DSO and the path of a proposed pipe <br /> from this structure to the oxidation pond. We will utilize previously established horizontal and <br /> vertical control adjacent to the site for this work. The vertical datum will be NAVD 88 and based <br /> on existing benchmarks. <br /> HDR Services <br /> 1. Manage subconsultant <br /> 2. Provide information to subconsultant as requested. <br /> 3. Conduct site visit and photographically document existing site conditions. <br /> 4. Review survey. <br /> Surveyor Services <br /> 1. Perteet, Inc. will provide surveying services. <br /> 2. Project management. <br /> a) Develop work plan, scheduling and crew coordination. <br /> b) Prepare monthly invoices listing tasks accomplished, percentages of work complete, <br /> and remaining work. <br /> 3. Recover project control and set additional control as needed to perform work. <br /> 4. Topographic survey at a level of detail needed for a one foot contour interval basemap: <br /> existing ground, roads, bridge columns, buildings, landscape features, utilities both <br /> above and below ground, and other significant natural and manmade features. <br /> 5. Topographic survey of a small part of the southwesterly corner of the oxidation pond, <br /> recirculation channel, and concrete wall dividing them. Include notches in the concrete <br /> wall. See Attachment A. <br /> 6. Topographic survey of the top of existing 54" pipe in the vicinity of the right angle <br /> structure, to be done at the time of potholing. <br /> 7. Develop an AutoCAD base map and digital terrain model at an agreed upon horizontal <br /> scale, using current City of Everett drafting and layering standards <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide surveyor access to the project area and structures within the existing <br /> conveyance system. <br /> 2. Provide a boat and operator for work within the oxidation pond and recirculation channel. <br /> Perteet will coordinate with personnel at the WPCF for this task.
