Phase 1 (pre-design) was authorized by Council on September 2, 2015. This Phase 2 (design and construction assistance) carries forward the preferred alternative from Phase 1 through construction.This project is listed in the Combined Sewer Overflow Agreed Order to be on line by December 31,2017. Previously authorized expenditures for the project include $176,632 for pre-design services. Total expenditures requested to date,including this request for final design and construction assistance, are $997,670. • RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc.to Provide Engineering and Construction Management Services for the WPCF Diversion Structure Zero project in an amount not to exceed$821,038. 3
