The 100% civil design plans will <br /> be coordinated and submitted to the County for bidding and/or shelving purposes. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • 100% Plans, five (5) hard copies at 11"x17" size, three (3) hardcopies of full-size 22"x34"plans, <br /> and electronic file (PDF file format). <br /> • Electronic copy of CAD (AutoCAD format) files. <br /> 5.5 Preparation of 100% Technical Specifications <br /> Otak will revise the previously prepared Project Manual for the 100% design. Otak will prepare <br /> technical special provisions,bid schedule, and assemble the project construction manual based on <br /> City standard"double-sided printing" format,Project Manual will include sections for contract and <br /> general/special provisions,bid proposal, contract, and applicable appendices. It is assumed that the <br /> City will provide the front-end contract (Division 0) for Otak to assemble the Project Manual. <br /> Specifications will be based on the City's standards and CSI Standard Specifications. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Project Construction Manual at 100-percent design, sealed by a Washington state registered PE, <br /> three (3) hard copies, and electronic file (PDF file format). <br /> 5.6 Preparation of 100% Engineer's Estimate <br /> Otak will revise the previously prepared cost estimate to indicate quantity estimates and unit <br /> construction cost data to reflect the 100%level design. Quantities will be organized into standard <br /> bid items (supplemented by additional non-standard items,if necessary) conforming to the project <br /> bid schedule. Otak will estimate quantities and develop an itemized construction cost estimate using <br /> unit costs based on experience and recent similar project bid tabs.
