She stated having the YMCA as a new <br /> neighbor would be an asset to the neighborhood. <br /> Ted Wenta, YMCA Executive Director, spoke in favor of the proposal and <br /> the positive effects of community centers embedded in residential <br /> communities. <br /> 76 <br />
