The Cleveland Avenue Sewer Replacement and Stormwater <br /> Separation Project design is 90%complete and is scheduled for construction during 2018 and 2019. <br /> This amendment does not change the dollar amount of the professional services agreement and related <br /> amendments. <br /> REECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 6 with Otak, Inc. to extend the contract term for engineering and <br /> design services through December 31, 2019 at no additional cost to the City. <br /> 55 <br />
