(1) CB 1711-56- 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance establishing the basic salary schedule for employees of the City of Everett for 2018, repealing Ordinance 3527-16. (3rd and final reading on 12-6-17.) (2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Snohomish County Regional Public Safety Communications Agency Interlocal Agreement. PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (3) CB 1710-52 — 2nd Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance regarding an exemption for Special Connection Charges for Low-Income Housing Projects amending Ordinance 3095-08. (3rd and final reading on 11-29-17) (4) CB 1711-54 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Ordinance establishing a Downtown Business Improvement Area (BIA); providing for the levy of a special assessment upon real property (and the owners thereof) within the area; the deposit of revenues in a special account and expenditures therefrom; providing for an implementing agreement with a downtown Everett property owners association or similar organization and repealing Ordinance 2842-05.
