CONSENT: (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,219,289.86 for the period of November 4, 2017 through November 9, 2017. (7) Bid Call 2017-034 for Everett Channel Broadcast System Upgrades and Expansion. ACTION ITEMS: (8) Adopt Resolution declaring one Five Yard Dump Truck, one Hino Box Truck surplus and authorizing their sale at public auction. (9) CB 1710-53 — 3rd and final Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Construction Fund entitled "Wall Street Building Window Replacement Project," Fund 342, Program 025 to accumulate all costs for the construction project, in the amount of $155,000.00. (10) Authorize the Mayor or designee to enter into a Cooperative Purchase Agreement with U. S. Communities authorizing purchase of playground equipment and installation from GameTime in the amount of $190,896.96, including Washington State sales tax.
