f. Establish a fund or special fund or funds as authorized by RCW 39.34.030 <br /> for the operation of the Snohomish County 911; <br /> g. Conduct regular and special meetings as may be designated by the <br /> Governing Board consistent with the State Open Public Meetings Act (chapter 42.30 <br /> RCW); <br /> h. Maintain and manage records in accordance with the State Public Records <br /> Act (chapter 42.56 RCW and chapter 40.14 RCW)and other applicable State applicable <br /> and federal records laws and regulations; <br /> i. Determine what services (including but not limited to Emergency <br /> Communication Services and Additional Services) shall be offered and under what terms <br /> they shall be offered; <br /> j. Retain, terminate, direct and supervise the Executive Director; <br /> k. Create committees to review and make recommendations for purposes and <br /> duties of committees; <br /> 1. Approve strategic plans; <br /> m. Approve the addition of new Principals and Subscribers and the terms of <br /> their participation in Snohomish County 911 and receipt of Emergency Communication <br /> Services; <br /> n. Enter into agreements with or make purchases from third parties for <br /> goods, assets, property and/or services necessary to fully implement the purposes of this <br /> Agreement; <br /> o. Establish fees and charges for services provided to Participating Agencies; <br /> p. Direct and supervise the activities of any advisory board or committee <br /> established by the Governing Board; <br /> q. Enter into agreements with, and receive and distribute funds, from any <br /> federal, state or local agencies; <br /> r. To the extent permitted by law, accept loans or grants of funds from any <br /> federal, state, local or private agencies and receive and distribute such funds; <br /> s. Receive all funds allocated to Snohomish County 911 for services <br /> provided pursuant to this Agreement; <br /> 12 <br /> 26 <br />
