In the case of a license for a teen dance or a <br /> 2 young adult dance, in addition to those crimes <br /> listed in a and b, contributing to the <br /> 3 dependency or delinquency of a minor or any <br /> felony under RCW 9A.64. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 6 B. The licensee or any of the licensee 's officers, directors, <br /> 7 partners, operators or any other person involved in the operation <br /> of the public dance hall have: <br /> 8 1 . Committed any act, which, if committed by a licensee, <br /> 9 would be grounds for the suspension or revocation of <br /> a license or permit: <br /> 10 2. Been convicted of: <br /> 11 a. A felony involving a crime of violence as <br /> 12 defined in RCW 9.41 or any felony under <br /> RCW 9A.44, RCW 69.50 or RCW 9A.88 within the <br /> 13 last five (5) years; <br /> 14 b. A crime involving prostitution, lewd conduct, <br /> or assault within the last five (5) years; or <br /> 15 c. In the case of a license for a teen dance, in <br /> 16 addition to those crimes listed in a and b, <br /> contributing to the dependency or delinquency <br /> 17 of a minor or any felony under RCW 9A.64. <br /> 18 Section 3: That Section 8 of Ordinance No. 1454-88 which reads as <br /> 19 follows: <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Section 8: REQUIREMENTS OF OPERATION - AGE - RESTRICTIONS - <br /> PENALTY. <br /> 22 <br /> A. No person conducting or operating a teen dance or person <br /> 23 maintaining a teen dance hall shall permit, either by act or <br /> omission, persons under the age of sixteen to enter or remain on <br /> 24 the premises without a parent or legal guardian present or <br /> persons over the age of eighteen (18) to enter or remain on the <br /> 25 premises except a parent or legal guardian accompanying a person <br /> under the age of eighteen (18) years, and except bona fide <br /> 26 employees of the person conducting or operating such teen dance <br /> or teen dance hall . <br /> 27 <br /> B. No person conducting or operating a young adult dance or <br /> 28 person maintaining a young adult dance hall shall permit, either <br /> by act or omission, any person under the age of eighteen (18) <br /> 29 years or over the age of twenty (20) to enter or remain on the <br /> premises except a parent or legal guardian accompanying a person <br /> 30 under the age of twenty-one (21 ) years, and except bona fide <br /> employees of the person conducting or operating such young adult <br /> 31 dance or young adult dance hall . <br /> 32 <br /> 4 <br />
