P , <br /> r . . . . . . <br /> • <br /> • • <br /> . . <br /> Section 4: COMMITTEE GUIDELINES <br /> The Committee shall consider the following guidelines in their <br /> consideration of requests for Human Needs monies : <br /> A. Only agencies who qualify for IRS 501 (3)C non-profit status <br /> may apply for funding. <br /> B. Priority consideration shall be given to those programs <br /> which provide a service to address basic human needs . <br /> C. Priority consideration shall be given to those programs <br /> which apply requested funds to a direct public service <br /> rather than to the administration of a program. <br /> D. Funding shall benefit human services programs which have <br /> very limited funding or other assistance. <br /> E. Consideration shall be given as to the size of the <br /> population who will benefit from a program. <br /> F.
