The order of construction of the above improvements shall <br /> be as determined by the Public Works Director of the City <br /> of Everett. <br /> aec.t.ian 3: The total estimated cost of the improvements <br /> herein authorized is $42,000,000 which will include all <br /> related costs for design, construction, contract <br /> administration, plan development and associated costs. <br /> S.ectiQn_.4.: The Public Works Director of the City of <br /> Everett, under administration of the Mayor, is hereby <br /> given the responsibility of conducting all tasks outlined <br /> under Section 2 above. <br /> Section_b: The City Treasurer of the City of Everett is <br /> hereby authorized to negotiate a reasonable rate of <br /> interest and issue interest bearing warrants to satisfy <br /> constructions costs not to exceed $42,000,000. These <br /> interest bearing warrants shall be redeemed by the <br /> Treasurer as soon as reimbursement or long term bond <br /> financing monies, as described elsewhere in this <br /> Ordinance, are received. <br /> Se.ct.i.on..._6.: <br /> A. The sum of $42,000,000 is hereby appropriated <br /> to Fund No. 358 "Sewage Treatment Plant <br /> Improvements Construction Fund" , Program 852. <br /> B. The source of funds for the appropriation shall <br /> be: <br /> 1 . Grants from the Washington State <br /> Department of Ecology under the Referendum <br /> 39 program; the Centennial Clean Water <br /> Fund program; and the Federal EPA <br /> Construction Grants program. <br /> $11 , 606, 397 . 28 <br /> 2. From Fund No. 346, interest earned on <br /> investment of the proceeds of the 1980 <br /> Water/Sewer Revenue Bond Issue as interim <br /> funding until sale of 1988 Revenue Bonds. <br /> $1 , 650,000.00 <br /> 3. From Fund No. 338, proceeds from sewer <br /> connection charges as interim funding <br /> until sale of 1988 Revenue Bonds. <br /> $1 , 500,000.00 <br /> 4 . From Utilities Fund 401 as interim funding <br /> until sale of 1988 Revenue Bonds. <br /> $785, 563. 66 <br /> 5. From 1988 Revenue Bonds proceeds of <br /> refunding. <br /> $26, 457, 719.01 <br /> 6 . From 1988 Revenue Bonds a rounding and <br /> balancing amount. <br /> $320.05 <br /> The above amounts represent the anticipated <br /> relative amounts of funds to be obtained from <br /> the various sources. The relative amounts for <br /> all items may vary; but, the total amount from <br /> all sources is to remain at $42,000,000. <br />
