Section 1: That the followng described right-of-way: That portion of Wilmington Avenue as shown on the plat of Highway Addition to Everett, as per plat recorded in Volume 12 of Plats on page 10, records of Snohomish County, Washington, and togetherwith that portion of right-of-way conveyed to City of Everett and recorded under A.F. #1010753 in Volume 483 page 587, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot "A" of said plat; thence N5°46'00"E along the westerly line of said Lot "A" 273.75 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence S61°26'41"E 1.62 feet to a point of curvature, the radius center of which bears S61°26'41"E 19.16 feet distant; thence along said curve to the right through a central angle of 126°54'38" an arc distance of 42.44 feet to a point of reverse curvature, said point being the southerly right-of-way margin of said Wilmington Avenue, the radius center of which lies N65°27'57"E 659.43 feet distant; thence along said right-of-way margin on an arc of a curve to the left, through a central angle of 0°40'06" an arc distance of 7.69 feet; thence S84°14'00"E 25.29 feet to a point of curvature, the radius center of which bears S5°46'00"W 148.16 feet distant; thence along the arc of a curve to the right through a central angle of 47°55'59" an arc distance of 123.95 feet to the northerly right-fo-way margin of Wilmington Avenue, said point being a point of curvature, the radius center of which bears N53°41'59"E 579.43 feet distant; thence along said right-of-way margin along the arc of a curve to the right through a central angle of 13°43'01" an arc distance of 138.72 feet; thence N22°35'00"W along said right-of-way margin 200.30 feet to the easterly right-of-way margin of Evergreen Way (Highway 99); thence S5°46'W along said highway margin 235.45 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
