"Knowledge" means that a person knows or acts knowingly or with 2 knowledge when: 3 4 1 . he/she is aware of a fact, facts, or circumstances or result described by this Chapter; or 5 2. he/she has information which would lead a reasonable person in the same situation to believe that facts exist, which 6 facts are described by this Chapter. 7 8 D. "Person" includes any natural person and, in addition, any 9 corporation, partnership or an unincorporated association. 10 E. "Public dance" means any dance that is open to the public and 11 which: 12 1 . is held and conducted for a profit, direct or indirect; or 13 2. requires a monetary payment or contribution from any of the 14 persons admitted. 15 The term "public dance" does not include a banquet, party or 16 celebration conducted for invited guests which is not open to the public. 17 F. "Public dance hall " means any place where a public dance is 18 conducted, operated or maintained and includes the premises in which the 19 public dance is conducted, operated or maintained including but not limited 20 to all parking areas, hallways, bathrooms and all adjoining areas on the 21 premises accessible to the public during the dance. 22 G. "Recklessly" means that a person acts recklessly or with 23 recklessness when he/she knows of and disregards a substantial risk that a 24 wrongful act may occur and his/her disregard of such substantial risk is a 25 gross deviation from the standard of conduct that a reasonable person would 26 exercise in the same situation. 27 H. "Teen dance" means any public dance as herein defined which 28 permits the entry of persons under the age of eighteen (18) years. 29 I, "Teen dance hall " means any place where a teen dance is 30 conducted, operated or maintained and includes the premises in which the 31 teen dance is conducted, operated or maintained, including but not limited 32 2
