• <br /> 1 hall and return unless that person pays a readmission fee equal to, or <br /> 2 greater than, one-half the original price of admission. <br /> 3 Section 10: ACCESS - PEACE OFFICER - DIRECTOR. <br /> 4 All peace officers of the City of Everett shall have free access to all <br /> 5 dances licensed under this Chapter when a dance is being conducted for the <br /> 6 purpose of inspection and to enforce compliance with the provisions of this <br /> 7 ordinance. <br /> 8 Section 11 : FEES. <br /> 9 The annual fee for a public dance hall , teen dance hall and young adult <br /> 10 dance license shall be One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120). <br /> 11 Section 12: LOITERING ON PREMISES PROHIBITED. <br /> 12 It shall be the obligation of each person issued a license under this <br /> 13 Chapter to prevent loitering of all persons on the premises of the dance <br /> 14 hall , including parking lot and driveway areas used by patrons of the dance <br /> 15 hall . "Loitering" shall not include walking between the entrance to the <br /> 16 public dance and parked vehicles, nor shall it include the act of waiting in <br /> 17 line to gain admission to the dance. <br /> 18 Section 13: LICENSE LIMITED TO LICENSEE AND LOCATION. <br /> 19 Any license issued under the provisions of this Chapter shall apply to <br /> 20 a single licensee and to a single location only and shall not be <br /> 21 transferable to other locations or to other persons. <br /> 22 Section 14: LICENSE. <br /> 23 Each license issued by the City Clerk shall be valid for a period of <br /> 24 one year. The license year shall be from January 1 to December 31 of each <br /> 25 year, provided that the City Clerk may issue a permit to any applicant for <br /> 26 one dance only who meets and complies with all of the requirements of this <br /> 27 Chapter and pays a fee of $20.00 per dance; provided further that the City <br /> 28 Clerk shall not issue more than two (2) single dance permits within any six <br /> 29 month period to any one person, or to any one acting on their behalf or to <br /> 30 any applicant desiring to hold a public dance at any place where more than <br /> 31 two single dance permits have been issued within the last 6 months without <br /> 32 the applicant first securing an annual dance license. <br /> 9 <br />
