• <br /> 1 conducting such public dance or public dance hall and parents or guardians <br /> 2 accompanying a person when persons under the age of twenty-one (21 ) are <br /> 3 present. <br /> 4 D. Every person who knowingly or recklessly shall allow a person to <br /> 5 enter or remain in violation of this section shall be guilty of a <br /> 6 misdemeanor. It is the responsibility of the person conducting and/or <br /> 7 operating a public dance to require picture identification showing the age <br /> 8 of each person admitted. <br /> 9 E. Any person who shall by affirmative misrepresentation of age <br /> 10 obtain admission to or permission to remain in any teen dance, young adult <br /> 11 dance or public dance in violation of this Chapter shall be guilty of a <br /> 12 misdemeanor. <br /> 13 F. No public dance shall be conducted past the hour of 2:00 a.m. ; <br /> 14 Provided, however, no teen dance shall be conducted past the hour of <br /> 15 11 :30 p.m. and no young adult dance shall be conducted past the hour of <br /> 16 1 :30 a.m. <br /> 17 G. It shall be the obligation of every person licensed under this <br /> 18 Chapter to ensure that an adequate number of qualified security personnel as <br /> 19 approved by the Police Department are employed and present at public dances, <br /> 20 during and following each dance, as is necessary to maintain order and <br /> 21 ensure compliance with the provisions of this Chapter as well as the laws of <br /> 22 the state of Washington and ordinances of the City of Everett. <br /> 23 H. It shall be the obligation of every person licensed under this <br /> 24 Chapter to provide proper and adequate illumination of the public dance hall <br /> 25 and such illumination shall be maintained which is generally distributed in <br /> 26 all parts of the premises available for use by the public. Such <br /> 27 illumination shall be not less than ten (10) foot candles at floor level at <br /> 28 all times when the premises are open for the public or when any member of <br /> 29 the public is permitted to enter and remain therein. <br /> 30 Section 9: READMISSION FEE. <br /> 31 No person conducting or operating a public dance or public dance hall <br /> 32 shall permit any person, other than an employee, to leave the dance or dance <br /> 8 <br />
