Violations & EMC Sections <br /> Inspection of the �roperty reveals the following conditions and violations: <br /> The inspection revealed stock of granite slabs on racks placed in the unscreened <br /> area behind the business. Site plan approvals for outdoor storage associated with <br /> the business were not obtained. These conditions are in violation of Everett <br /> Municipal Code, EMC 19.41.100 (B) which states; <br /> EMC 19.41.100 Outdoor use, activity and storage. <br /> B, Commercial and Industrial Zones. <br /> 1. General. Subject to the requirements of subsections B.2 through B.6 of this <br /> section, the uses and activities that are allowable on a site in commercial and <br /> industrial zones may be conducted out of doors unless individual zones of this <br /> title limit outside activity for a particular use in a particular zone. Where there is <br /> a conflict in requirements in this cha�tPr anc� else�ti�here in this title, the rrere <br /> restrictive requirements shall apply. <br /> 2. Site Plan. The applicant shall submit a site plan for approval by the planning <br /> department. The site plan shall be accompanied by an application form provided <br /> by the planning department and shall include all information requested on the <br /> application form. <br /> 5. Corrective Action, Deadline <br /> If the Respondents complete the following corrective action by the date listed <br /> below, and are not repeat violators, the respondents may enter into an agreed <br /> order as described in Section 7 below. <br /> A. Contact the City of Everett Planning Department at 3200 Cedar Street and <br /> submit an application for site plan approval for outdoor storage uses as required <br /> in EMC 19.41.100(B). The site plan approval application must be submitted <br /> within 30 days or by September 30, 2016. The site plan approval must be <br /> obtained and the performance standards including but not limited to screening <br /> and/or landscaping must be brought into compliance within 180 days from the <br /> date of issuance of the site plan approval by the Planning Department. <br /> �mm�►iance can alsn be achieved by remc�ving �II of the outdoor storage related <br /> to the business that is located between the building and the rear property line. <br /> 6.
