(R-S Zone) <br /> le <br /> Section L3 Section 3 (F) of Ordinance 3873 (E.M.C. 19.12.060) which <br /> reads as follows: <br /> F. Height Limitations: <br /> No building shall exceed 25 feet above the average elevation at <br /> the foot of the building. <br /> IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> F. Height Limitations: <br /> 1. No principal building shall exceed twenty-eight (28) feet in height. <br /> No building appurtenance height shall exceed thirty-three feet. In <br /> no instance shall the height of an antenna exceed the horizontal <br /> distance between the base of the antenna and the nearest lot line. <br /> 2. No principal building shall exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height <br /> measured from the lowest point on the building footprint. <br /> 3. Any building or structure existing prior to January 1, 1988 which <br /> exceeds the height limitation in this Zone cannot be modified to <br /> further increase the height of the building or structure beyond its <br /> height on January 1, 1988. <br /> 4. The building height of an accessory building or structure shall not <br /> exceed fifteen (15) feet. The height of any antenna shall not exceed <br /> thirty (30) feet and shall be measured from the base elevation of the <br /> principal building.
