• <br /> No building shall exceed thirty-five feet above the average elevation <br /> at the foot of the building. <br /> IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:** <br /> F. Height Limitations: <br /> 1. No principal building shall exceed twenty-eight (28) feet in height. <br /> No building appurtenance height shall exceed thirty-three (33) feet. <br /> In no instance shall the height of an antenna exceed the horizontal <br /> distance between the base of the antenna and the nearest lot line. <br /> 2. No principal building shall exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height <br /> measured from the lowest point on the building footprint. <br /> 3. Any building or structure existing prior to January 1, 1988 which <br /> exceeds the height limitation in this Zone cannot be modified to <br /> further increase the height of the building or structure beyond its <br /> height on January 1, 1988. <br /> 4. The building height of an accessory building or structure shall not <br /> exceed fifteen (15) feet. The height of any antennae shall not <br /> exceed thirty-three feet and shall be measured from the base <br /> elevation of the principal building. In no event shall the height of <br /> an antennae exceed in absolute height the horizontal distance between <br /> the base of the antenna and the nearest lot line. <br /> (R-2 Zone) <br /> ; 3 <br /> Section 16: Section 7 (F) of Ordinance 3572 (E.M.C. 19.16.060) which <br /> reads as follows: <br /> F.
