• <br /> (B-2B) <br /> �L <br /> Section 22: Section 1(F)(2)(A) of Ordinance 1104-85 (E.M.C. <br /> 19.27.070.A) which reads as follows: <br /> F.2. Development standards-Height: <br /> A. The maximum height for buildings and accessory structures shall <br /> be twenty-six feet above the average elevation at the foot of <br /> the building. <br /> IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:** <br /> F.2. Development standards-Height: <br /> A. No building or accessory structure shall exceed twenty-six (26) <br /> feet in height measured from the base elevation of the building <br /> to the top of the roof, except for building appurtenances. <br /> (C-1) <br /> ;2/ <br /> Section 21: Section 13(F) of Ordinance 3572 (E.M.C. 19.30.060) which <br /> reads as follows: <br /> F. Height Limitations: <br /> No building shall exceed sixty-five feet above the average elevation <br /> at the foot of the building. <br /> IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> F.
