F. Height limitations: <br /> No building shall exceed sixty-five feet above the average elevation <br /> at the foot of the building. <br /> IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> F. Height limitations: <br /> No building shall exceed sixty-five (65) feet in height measured from <br /> the base elevation on the building to the top of the roof, except for <br /> building appurtenances. <br /> (M-M) <br /> 023 <br /> Section 25: Section 1(F) of Ordinance 499-78 (E.M.C. 19.33.080) <br /> which reads as follows: <br /> F. Height Limitations-Exceptions: <br /> (A) The basic height limitation shall be seventy-five percent <br /> of the sum of the front yard and rear yard setbacks. <br /> (B) Exception. Office uses may extend to sixty-five feet <br /> above the average elevation. <br /> IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> F. Height limitations-Exception: <br /> (A) No building shall exceed the base elevation of the <br /> building to the top of the roof by seventy-five percent <br /> (75%) of the sum of the front yard and rear yard <br /> setbacks, except for building appurtenances. <br /> (B) Exception: Office uses may extend to sixty-five (65) <br /> feet in height measured from the base elevation of the <br /> building to the top of the roof, except that building <br /> appurtenances may extend above the top of the roof. <br /> Section 26: Ordinance No. 3572 (as amended) is hereby amended by <br /> the addition of the following: <br /> -28- <br />
