Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11" x 17". <br /> 1. Building department records show a permit for a pole building constructed in <br /> 1985. The permit is for a one story structure. No subsequent permits were <br /> issued to add a second floor. Provide details of ledger connections of 2x12 floor <br /> joists to exterior walls and interior supports/ <br /> 2. Provide gate at the upper landing for when the "Trust Lift" is in the lower <br /> position. <br /> 3. Provide natural light in living, eating, kitchen area per section R303.1 <br /> International Residential Code (IRC). <br /> 4. Provide gravity calculations for 2x10 ledger at front deck over 8'-0" garage door. <br /> 5. Specify how stringers are attached to the landing (deck) and what they are <br /> attached to. <br /> 6. Show how 2x6 ceiling joists are supported at sloped ceiling and at 8'-0" flat <br /> ceiling. Show in section. <br /> 7.
