Specify on the plans that the garage under the new dwelling unit is for the <br /> exclusive use of the tenant(s) of the new dwelling unit (2617 Oakes Ave), and <br /> that the use of the other garage is for the exclusive use of the tenants of the <br /> existing dwelling unit (2615 Oakes Ave). If this designation is not on the plans, <br /> the proposed dwelling unit would fall under the jurisdiction of the International <br /> Building Code (I.B.C.) and would be required to be sprinklered and the wall <br /> between structures would be required to be built per occupancy separation <br /> standards, (1) 2-hour wall. <br /> 14. Provide attic ventilation calculations. Show size, quantity and location of attic <br /> ventilation. <br /> 15. Provide landing at bottom of stairs. Show landing for"Trust Lift" at ground level. <br /> Please be advised, the new dwelling unit has been assigned the address ��2617 Oakes Ave.".
