December 13, 2017 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — LABORATORY SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Technical Services <br /> Agreement with King County for laboratory services in an amount not <br /> to exceed $17,000. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — MICROSOFT LICENSING REQUIREMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the three-year Microsoft <br /> Enterprise Agreement regarding the City's compliance with Microsoft <br /> licensing requirements, in the amount of $1,264,285.68, including <br /> Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PURCHASE — PREFABRICATED CONCRETE BUILDING FOR <br /> PARATRANSIT <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the purchase of a prefabricated concrete <br /> building, including installation from CXT Precast Products Inc. <br /> 440 <br />
