December 13, 2017 <br /> Aaron Powell, Everett, asked if HopeWorks provided services in 2017 and <br /> if expansion to the south is planned. <br /> Hil Kaman, Administration, stated that HopeWorks provided services in <br /> 2017 and that possible expansion to South will be explored by <br /> Administration. <br /> President Tuohy requested an update on a possible expansion be provided <br /> to Council. <br /> Hil Kaman, Administration, stated an update will be provided. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — LAW ENFORCEMENT SOFTWARE <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign the FirstTwo, Inc. Service <br /> Order and Service Agreement for law enforcement software in the <br /> amount of $6,000. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BID AWARD —ANNUAL SUPPLY OF WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to award Bid 2017-054 for the annual supply of water <br /> treatment chemicals to multiple vendors as designated at a cost of <br /> $825,141, including Washington State sales tax. <br /> 439 <br />
