Contained concrete shall be <br /> disposed of in a manner that does not violate groundwater or surface <br /> water quality standards. <br /> Sanitary wastewater: <br /> • Portable sanitation facilities will be firmly secured, regularly maintained, <br /> and emptied when necessary. <br /> • Wheel wash or tire bath wastewater shall be discharged to a separate on- <br /> site treatment system as part of wheel wash implementation (BMP C106). <br /> Solid waste: <br /> • Solid waste will be stored in secure, clearly marked containers. <br /> Other: <br /> � Other BMPs will be administered as necessary to address any additional <br /> pollutant sources on site. <br /> Element #10: Control De-Watering <br /> No dewatering is expected as no excavation to the water table is anticipated. <br /> Element #11: Maintain BMP's <br /> The contractor will be in charge of maintenance. <br /> Element #12: Manage the Project <br /> The project will be subject to seasonal work limitations, site inspection and <br /> monitoring as required by the City of Everett. Erosion control monitoring and <br /> supervision will be managed by the contractor. <br /> Element #13: Protect Low Impact Development <br /> There are no proposed LID measures to protect. <br /> 2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The project is a proposed entrance revision at Horizon Elementary, 222 West Casino <br /> Road. The entrance along W Casino Road will receive larger radii to allow for the <br /> ingress and egress of buses. This work will involve the demolition of existing sidewalks <br /> and pavement. New walks and pavement will be placed. New and replaced impervious <br /> is approximately 1,360 sf with site disturbance of approximately 1,700 sf. Grading will <br /> be 20 cy of cut and 10 cy of fill. <br /> 3. EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS <br /> The site is Horizon Elementary School. The work area is the existing access from W <br /> Casino Road, an asphalt access with concrete walks and driveway. <br /> 4.
