SOILS <br /> According to SCS the underlying soil is Alderwood-Urban. The Urban soils have been <br /> too greatly disturbed to classify at this level. The Alderwood soils generally have a hard <br /> pan. <br /> 7. EROSION PROBLEM AREAS <br /> There are no known specific potential erosion problems associated with this site. The <br /> erosion control BMPs discussed in Section 1 of this report should be adequate to <br /> control the transportation of sediment from the site. <br /> 8. CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE 8� PHASING <br /> • Attend preconstruction meeting with City of Everett. <br /> • Call 811 for underground locates. <br /> • Install temporary erosion control measures. <br /> • Demo existing improvements and clear and grade site to subgrade <br /> elevations. <br /> • Begin entrance construction. <br /> • Seed and mulch any exposed soils. <br /> • Remove TESC measures once project work is complete and soils are <br /> stable. <br /> No phasing is proposed for the project. <br /> 9. CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br /> Following is a conceptual construction schedule: <br /> Summer 2017 Work Begins and is Completed <br /> 10. FINANCIAL/OWNERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> Mukilteo School District is the responsible party. <br /> 11. ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS <br /> There are no calculations associated with this SWPPP. <br /> 12. EROSION CONTROL SPECIALIST <br /> With less than 1 acre of disturbance a certified erosion & sedimentation control lead <br /> (CESCL) will not be required.
