(1) Library Update. (2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement to fund Everett Station District Alliance Economic Development Activities at a cost of $50,000. (3) Adopt Resolution declaring a portion of the approximately 21-acre City-owned Real Property located at 6107 Berkshire Drive, commonly known as the Water Reservoir#3 Site, as surplus and authorizing its transfer to Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington. (Action on 1-3-18). (4) Adopt Resolution adopting the 2017 City of Everett Surface Water Comprehensive Plan. PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (5) CB 1711-59 —2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing Fund No. 451, a Special Enterprise Fund, entitled ''Everett-Tulalip Joint Water Line Fund" as established by Ordinance No. 2917-06. (3rd and final reading on 12-20-17). CONSENT: (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $980,920.29 for the period of November 23, 2017 through December 1, 2017. (7) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,934,946.80 for the period ending November 25, 2017.
